The Granite Creek area lies within historic downtown Prescott. PLAN*et worked with property owners and the City to develop an interactive plan that integrates Granite Creek into the downtown. The plan includes design guidelines, land-use, circulation, & economic development strategies to reorient development to the Creek, and encourage re-use and new development, positioning this area to remain competitive and attract new businesses and residents.
