Mesa-Gateway Airport Inner Loop Study

PLAN*et developed several land use options for the almost 5,000 acre Inner Loop District surrounding the Mesa Gateway Airport. The analysis included an assessment of existing zoning and land-use plans for the area, infrastructure, flight path impacts,and housing and market studies. The team worked with private and public sector stakeholders to develop a mix of housing and employment uses compatible with the adjacent airport, meet the City's employment goals, and provide a range of housing opportunities.
